CT Williams joins Captain Clyde Folse, The Crappie Psychic (985)790-1712, in Des Allemands for some perfect sized freshwater, blue "white" catfish while relaxing on a party barge from Cajun Outboards. Back in The BIGFISH Kitchen, Chef Tenney Flynn of GW Fins creates a BIGFISH style breakfast. Spadefish gets seasoned, dusted, sautéed in bacon fat and rested atop bed of potatoes and butternut squash, then topped with a fried egg. Yum!
